krott the funny thing about you is your an ex;pert on everything. maybe if mgmt would have gotten all that slop and mud out of the way so someone in his
condition could have gotten to the infield and prevented your "unnessary caution". I hope your son is never in that position of trying to get out
of the way and gets slammed from behind because of waiting on a yellow. im sure you would be seeing our point. Second of all how can you say it was a spin
and sit, your such a retard. If you were such an expert on racing you would have seen his hand out the window the whole way down the front stretch. going in
to turn one the left front dug in and was extremely hard for him to turn the car into a very narrow pit entrance. and as he struggled to get the car turned he
was hit by Dave Hess, no fault of his own. taking out both cars. we already had one driver life flighted last night and that could have been a lot worse than
it was. So to me i would rather be on the safe side and drop the yellow and not create what happened. And as far as your sit and spin throw the yellow move
him and if it is deemed intentional then send him off safely or keep him from rejoining the race after going in the pits. To Johnny Powell you are terrible,
you are biased, your the worst flagman bar none of anyone i have ever seen. Not from just this incident but your past track record from MCR.

King, it wasn't even a remotely close comment about Jason...And since we were in the pit stands with a bunch of billboards between us and the stands we
couldn't see the hand up.......That makes it even more of a raw deal for the #7.. crap we thought he broke in turn 3....

DirtKATT, I've been saying what you're saying for years now. Some people don't get it. The "spin and sit" guys are directly responsible
for the #7 getting shafted. Same with the "oops, I got a flat so I'll stop on the racing surface or right next to the pit entrance" guys.
Single car cautions - black flag or one lap penalty. I'm telling everybody this works!! I've seen it. You'd be surprised at how quickly everyone gets it going after a single car spin. Hell, Skyline Raceway in NY had a rule that stated that ANYONE involved in a caution in a heat race was done for that heat (including multi-car incidents). Those guys would scatter like ants trying to get going again. Made for great racing and many times there were still streaks of daylight left in the sky after the last feature. By the way - another fastastic night of racing at Stateline. |

It's Franneys way or the highway has been the saying for year's.But the guy has the highest slm count around. From 24 to 21 cars a week's the
surface has been the greatests I've seen in year's. So I guess he must be going something right.
As for the rules on the track the flagmen should have the call. But thats just my opinion Great run for the Lobb's.Plus the knight kid was mad fast. Kurt you got the car back together?Man you hit turn four hard ouch. |

YOU GET PENALIZED IF YOU STOP ON THE TRACK TO AVOID A WRECK THAT IS NOT OF YOUR DOING AND YOU GO TO THE TAIL UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO REPLACE YOUR EQUIPTMENT
AND KEEP ON GOING THROUGH THE CRASH HOPING NOT TO HURT ANYONE!!

Boom Briggs Fan: Perhaps we should automatically put cars to the rear that fail to show for the draw and not permit a fellow driver to draw for them to
perhaps save a last place draw spot. When you are in the first heat and never show for the draw after the finish of the third heat and then a ten minute wait,
I guess it's the track officials fault. Driver meetings are for information purposes and that information certainly did not sink in. DirtKatt: Regardiing
the No. 7 incident, when the car continues to roll half the distance around the track and is heading for the 28 foot pit exit, the starter uses the best
judgement he can to let the car clear. The two inch berm on the outside with a nine foot distance to the outside wall should leave enough space for the
disabled car to stop, even with the No. 7 at the wheel. Enough complaining, just race.

hey thunder maybe if you genius' wouldnt have left a 4 foot high berm on the INSIDE maybe that disabled car could have got to the infield. as far as your
measurements go, the pit entrance maybe that wide but its not that easy to get off with a fully functioning car let alone one that the left front is dragging
in the mud. Maybe that swing in would be easier under yellow, but hey maybe two life flights from that track that night was the goal. And as far as your
flagmans judgment it sucks plain and simple because thats not the only time he didnt throw the caution that night, he left the 64 sitting on that pile of crap
you guys plowed to the infield for half a lap in the heat race, and as far as complaining maybe with that kind of attitude you guys might have 5 cars there
instead of the whopping 15 and a crate!!!!!!
and one more thing what do you mean bye "...leave enough space for the disabled car to stop, even with the No. 7 at the wheel."

Now I understand why you only have 6 cars in a heat race!!! One car (crate or Super Late wannabee) putts around the track, one car breaks so that only leaves 4
cars that have too miss the sitting obstical out on the track. Thanks

why not make the one way radios mandatory for little valley then... it actually wouldnt hurt to have them on every track
BRP CanAm made them mandatory for the series in the super stocks and they work out great!! |
