The only thing jacking up gas prices is the weak dollar and investors investing in commodities like gas and steel. They keep saying gas supplies are abundant,
but when the dollar is weak people invest in sure things like gas. Steel prices are getting rediculous as well, if the dollar ever picks up again copared to
the Euro then gas prices will fall back down to $60 a barrel.

We were also sitting around discussing the price of fuel this year vs last summer. Depending on where fuel is purchased, diesel is now at $4.15 compared to
$3.69 last summer. So...if the price ends up at $1.00 more/gallon this year than last and our round trip is 120 miles, the Duramax gets 12/mi/gal towing, it
will cost $10 more per night of racing than before. If we really can't race due to a $10 increase in towing cost, we probably shouldn't have been
racing at the old $3.69/gal...

This is one of the stupidest things I have ever read on this forum. If you think the President sets the price of gasoline you are not thinking logically. You
set the price by going to the pump all the time. The weak dollar as a little bit to do with it right now as well but mostly you and everyone else not curving
their consumption. Please use your head. <img...
